How To Get Your Distributor To Talk To Their Warm Market?

It is so easy for new distributors to quit when they have run out of prospects. 

So what can we do as sponsors to make sure they have lots of prospects? 

Of course they have: 

* Relatives
* Friends
* Co-workers
* Casual acquaintances
* Former classmates
* Neighbors 

This is their "warm" market, but not all of these people are approachable. For example, your distributor might not feel comfortable talking to his rich uncle who is a lawyer. Or, how do you call a classmate you haven't seen for 15 years and just mention you started a business? 

Most people in the above list cannot be approached by your new, unskilled distributor. 

So what is the solution? 

1. Do we find even more prospects that the new distributor is not comfortable approaching? 

2. Or, do we give new skills to our distributor so that our distributor will feel comfortable approaching their entire warm market?
