Where To Find Above-Average Prospects.


Robert Butwin's plan is this. He says, 

"Go to places where people are trying to learn and improve their lives. You will find these people at real estate seminars, self-improvement workshops, and small business opportunity expositions. 

These people have two important qualities. First, they want to improve their lives. And, secondly, they are spending money to do it."

Of course everyone is a prospect, but some prospects are more motivated than others. So if we have a choice, let's work with pre-motivated prospects when we can. 

Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
