You can do the buck shot approach or you can do the focused approach.
The buckshot approach is asking everyone in your circle of friends if they would be interested in buying your product or being a part of your team. You ask everyone and hope that you get enough yes answers. If the first attempt works, or doesn’t work your other option is to ask everyone again until they buy your product or sign up.
The buckshot approach involves asking others.
The second is the targeted and focused approach. The targeted approach involves asking yourself the questions first.
- What product will I be selling?
- Who buys this product already?
- What do they complain about the product they are using?
- What does my product have that addresses their complains?
Each answered question gives you better insight on who to approach. There are more questions. Over time you will learn who and what to ask to get a yes. The buckshot approach helps you gain confidence and rapid fire practice. The targeted approach helps you make real money.
